High school students are urged to send their original poetry to the Jacklyn Potter Young Poets Competition to be considered for a reading with honorarium in the annual Joaquin Miller Poetry Series. Check our website for full details on how to submit.

The Word Works is accepting nominations of poets with original book-length manuscripts for invitation to The Word Works Hilary Tham Capital Collection competition. Poets who volunteer for literary nonprofits are eligible and may be nominated by the organization for which they volunteer.
